Which way forward for the antiwar movement? 4 Months, 1 Week ago
This article is extremely helpful in understanding the task that we are faced with and the strategy we should use to build an antiwar movement capable of ending the war.

What I liked about this article is that it says honestly that the antiwar movement is about as weak as it has ever been. There have been no national antiwar demonstrations for quite some time and there is no national antiwar organization that can or will give organizational expression to the antiwar majority in this country. However it says that there is large potential for organizing on local or even regional scale that can strengthen the groups involved. In Madison we are organizing a winter soldier panel and there is already a significant amount of interest in the project. The last organizing meeting brought more than 40 people!! I am looking forward to the RNC demo as well. Peace.
